For over three decades Sheryl has pursued an active trial practice, focused primarily on transportation, in cases involving catastrophic injuries such as traumatic amputation, brain injury, paralysis, and death. She is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the honor society for lawyers who voluntarily choose to complete at least double the required number of continuing education hours. Sheryl is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the nation. She volunteers with Houston Volunteer Lawyer Program, primarily representing clients in guardianship matters. Sheryl is also a public arbitrator for FINRA.
